It is necessary for the businesses which cannot be dealt without their environment in accordance with the system approach to make their environment sustainable in order to make their existance sustainable. This need has become more of an issue as a result of the resource shortage. This definitiely explains why "sustainability" has been handled together with other various subjects. However, the support of human resource the best resource for businesses is of the main importance for sustainability efforts. The term, which has been known as Sustainable Human Resources Management in the literature, has been new especially for the national literature. In this study, Sustainable Human Resources Management has been discussed within the scope of the relation between sustainability and human resources management, sustainable human resources management, models about sustainable human resources management, strategic human resources management. In addition, a model about sustainable human resources management has been given. The dimensions of the sustainable human resources management have been defined in the six subtitles.
